According to azerisport.com, Brazilian club Botafogo made an attempt this week to sign Karabakh midfielder Pedro Bicalho. The Brazilian side offered $1.5 million for the player, but Karabakh rejected the bid.

This is not the first transfer inquiry for Bicalho. Previously, Rubin Kazan proposed $2.5 million for the midfielder but also faced a refusal.

It is worth recalling that Bicalho started and played 76 minutes in Karabakh’s match against Dynamo in the third qualifying round of the UEFA Conference League.

The match ultimately ended in a victory for Dynamo Kyiv.
