Liverpool striker Hugo Ekitike is steadily progressing in his rehabilitation following the Achilles tendon rupture he suffered on April 14 during the Champions League quarter-final second leg against PSG. The French international spent September undergoing recovery at Clairefontaine before rejoining his English club’s training setup.

According to media reports, Ekitike’s recovery is proceeding on schedule, and he has already begun running exercises. While return timelines after such injuries can vary, the forward himself aims to resume on-field training in November and hopes to be fully fit for official matches by December.
