According to insider Fabrizio Romano, Manchester City has established direct contact with representatives of Chelsea midfielder Pedro Neto. Negotiations have already begun regarding a potential transfer.

“Neto is among Manchester City’s targets in case Savinho moves to Tottenham,” Romano wrote. “At the same time, according to available information, he also appears on Tottenham’s list as a backup option. The deal now depends on Chelsea’s decision.”

Pedro Neto has been with Chelsea since 2024 following his transfer from Wolverhampton. To date, the Portuguese midfielder has made 103 appearances for the London club, scoring 19 goals.
