PSG Rejects Transfer Bid for RB Leipzig’s Yan Diomande
Paris Saint-Germain, the reigning French champions and winners of the last two Champions League titles, have declined to proceed with the transfer of Yan Diomande from RB Leipzig, according to journalist Romain Molina.
Sources indicate that even for a club of PSG’s stature, the financial demands are excessive. The signing bonus and agent fees alone would amount to around €20 million, while the main transfer fee is expected to be approximately €120 million.
It remains to be seen whether Liverpool, PSG’s chief rival in the pursuit of the 19-year-old Ivorian international, will agree to such terms.
To recall, last season Diomande featured in 46 matches across all competitions for RB Leipzig, scoring 15 goals and providing 11 assists.
