Roma has made an offer to Fulham for the Brazilian forward Kevin, a former Shakhtar player, according to Globo.

The Italian club proposed around €50 million, including a fixed fee and bonuses. Fulham rejected the offer, believing the 23-year-old striker’s value will continue to rise. A year ago, the London club signed Kevin from Shakhtar for €45 million. In his debut Premier League season, the Brazilian appeared in 31 matches, scoring 3 goals and providing 3 assists. Previously, at Shakhtar (2023–2025), he played 57 games, netting 17 goals and delivering 10 assists.

With about four weeks remaining before the transfer window closes, further bids are expected. Other Italian clubs are also monitoring the situation closely, showing interest in the player.
