The Ukrainian-American duo was defeated in the second round by the Chinese pair Jiang Xinyu and Xu Yifan, with a scoreline of 4-6, 5-7.
Additionally, three more Ukrainian players—Marta Kostyuk, Dayana Yastremska, and Angelina Kalinina—are scheduled to compete in the doubles event today.
