Tamir Blatt has signed a multi-year contract with Hapoel Tel Aviv, but he is expected to spend the upcoming season on loan at another club, according to Sports.co.il.
Among the teams reportedly interested in acquiring the Israeli point guard are ASVEL and two new professional squads from Rome, both set to compete in the EuroCup.
Last season in the EuroLeague with Maccabi Tel Aviv, Blatt averaged 7.1 points and 5.2 assists in 19 minutes per game, continuing to establish himself as one of the competition’s most reliable playmakers.
