Dallas Mavericks Acquire Spanish Star Santi Aldama in Trade with Memphis Grizzlies
The Dallas Mavericks have bolstered their roster by acquiring Spanish forward Santi Aldama. In exchange, the Mavericks sent AJ Johnson, a 2030 first-round pick originally belonging to Dallas but currently held by Golden State, along with two second-round picks, to the Memphis Grizzlies.
Aldama, 25, spent the previous five seasons with Memphis, who selected him 30th overall in the 2021 NBA Draft.
Throughout his NBA career, Aldama has appeared in 272 games, averaging 10.4 points and 5.4 rebounds over 23 minutes per game.
