The Thessaloniki club secured a narrow 84-82 victory thanks to a buzzer-beating three-pointer from Cedi Osman.
Osman, who spent the last two seasons with PAOK, was transferred to Panathinaikos in the summer before moving back to PAOK. He was the top performer for his team, contributing 18 points and 6 rebounds. For Panathinaikos, Sylven Francisco led the scoring with 20 points.
In the other semifinal, Olympiacos defeated AEK 93-80.
