Russell Westbrook has no intention of continuing his career in the EuroLeague and plans to remain in the NBA, according to insider Mark Stein.
Earlier reports suggested that Westbrook was in talks with Israeli club Hapoel Tel Aviv, but these claims are unfounded. After 18 seasons in the NBA, Westbrook is not interested in moving to another league.
Last season, Westbrook played for the Sacramento Kings, averaging 15.2 points, 6.7 assists, and 5.4 rebounds over 28.9 minutes per game. Since early July, the 2017 MVP and nine-time NBA All-Star has been a free agent.
