The Toronto Raptors have announced the signing of a new multi-year contract with head coach Darko Rajaković.
This decision reinforces the club’s commitment to long-term stability and demonstrates continued confidence in the Serbian coach following the high-profile trade involving forward Kawhi Leonard from the Los Angeles Clippers.
In the 2025/26 season, Toronto finished the regular season with a 46-36 record but fell to the Cleveland Cavaliers in a tightly contested first-round playoff series, losing 3-4. The Canadian team is aiming to contend for the title once again with Leonard’s return, a player with whom they already secured a championship in 2019.
