Charlotte Trades Miles Bridges to Phoenix Suns in Multi-Asset Deal
Charlotte and Phoenix have agreed on a trade that sends Miles Bridges to the Arizona-based team, according to insider Shams Charania.
Phoenix will acquire Bridges, a first-round pick in the 2029 draft, and a second-round pick in 2027. In exchange, Grayson Allen, Royce O’Neale, and an unprotected first-round pick in the 2033 draft will head to Charlotte.
The Suns have reportedly been interested in the 28-year-old forward for some time. Additionally, this deal will save the club approximately $20 million in luxury tax and free up roster space ahead of the free agency period.
Meanwhile, Charlotte gains two experienced role players known for their reliable outside shooting, along with a valuable unprotected first-round pick.
