Maccabi Haifa Complete €1.6M Signing of Karpaty Midfielder Bruninho
Maccabi Haifa has confirmed the signing of midfielder Bruninho from Karpaty. The Brazilian player has agreed to a three-year contract with his new club.
According to the Israeli outlet Sport 5, Maccabi paid Karpaty €1.6 million for the transfer, making it the third most expensive acquisition in the club’s history. It is also reported that Bruninho’s annual salary at Maccabi will be €400,000.
Bruninho had been playing for Karpaty since September 2024 on loan from Atlético Mineiro. In the summer of 2025, the Lviv-based club secured his permanent transfer for approximately $700,000.
During the 2025/26 season, Bruninho scored nine goals and provided three assists in 28 appearances for Karpaty.
