Transfermarkt, the football portal, has updated its valuations for players in the Portuguese league, including Anatoliy Trubin, the goalkeeper for Benfica.
At the peak of his career last season, Trubin’s market value reached €30 million. This spring, it stood at €25 million. However, his current valuation has dropped to €20 million, a decline that reflects his loss of the starting goalkeeper position following the arrival of a new coach. Now, he is trusted primarily in the Europa League, a competition that the club does not prioritize.
It is worth noting that Trubin has not been valued at this level since mid-2023, when he was still a player at Shakhtar Donetsk. At the time of his transfer to Benfica in December 2023, his worth was €25 million, and it had not fallen below that figure until now.
