Ange Postecoglou has been appointed as the new head coach of Al-Nassr. The Riyadh-based club announced on their social media channels that they have signed the 60-year-old manager to a two-year contract. The experienced coach had been out of work since his dismissal from Nottingham Forest in October 2025.
Postecoglou, who has previously managed Celtic, Tottenham, and the Australian national team, will take charge of Al-Nassr as his tenth managerial position. He replaces Jorge Jesus, who led the club to the league title last season, largely thanks to a stellar campaign from Cristiano Ronaldo, but chose not to renew his contract. Now, the Australian coach aims to build on that success.
