Reports from Italy indicate that Bologna have rejected a bid from Premier League club Everton for former England youth international Jonathan Rowe, making it clear that the Rossoblù are unwilling to part ways with the English winger this summer.
Everton is among several clubs interested in securing the services of the 23-year-old winger, who previously played for Norwich and Marseille.
According to the Bologna-based newspaper Il Resto del Carlino, the Toffees offered €30 million for Rowe this summer, but the Italian side turned down the proposal.
Everton reportedly inquired whether negotiations would be possible if they increased their offer to €35 million, but Bologna firmly stated they were not open to considering any further bids, even at a higher price.
Recent reports suggest that Bologna would only consider selling Rowe this summer if they receive an offer significantly above the player’s market value, potentially in the region of €55-60 million.
During the 2025/26 season, the English winger scored seven goals and provided four assists across 40 appearances in Serie A and the Europa League.
