Manchester United head coach Michael Carrick has emphasized the need for further signings this summer. The club has already invested £85 million in acquiring André Santos and Youri Tielemans.

“First of all, we are pleased with the players we have brought in. We have strengthened the squad. We’ve improved the team in various aspects—balance, quality, and the direction we want to take,” Carrick told Sky Sports.

“So, regarding the new signings, we have done very well by securing several players of the highest caliber. We are satisfied with that. However, we always aim to get better.

We want more, and we need more. We’ll see how we can make that happen. This work never stops. We are fully aware of that and continue to push forward,” he added.
