Chelsea academy graduate Trevo Chalobah is set to leave London and embark on a new chapter in Serie A. The 27-year-old defender will continue his career at Como under the management of Cesc Fàbregas. According to sources, the transfer fee is reported to be around €30 million, with potential bonuses that could increase the total by an additional €6 million. Chelsea have also retained a percentage of any future sale of the player.
Chalobah has been part of Chelsea’s setup for nearly two decades. The club issued an official statement bidding farewell to their homegrown talent.
“Everyone at Chelsea would like to thank Trevo for his years of loyal service and wish him all the best as he begins this new chapter in Italy,” the London club said in their official message.
