Chelsea Supports Mykhailo Mudryk’s Return Following Ban Lift
Chelsea has responded to the lifting of the suspension on Ukrainian winger Mykhailo Mudryk. The 25-year-old player will now have the opportunity to impress the club’s new head coach, Xabi Alonso.
“From the very beginning, this has been an extremely challenging period for Mykhailo, both professionally and personally, and we are pleased that the matter has been resolved, allowing him to return to football immediately,” Chelsea said in a statement.
“Mykhailo has consistently maintained that he never knowingly or intentionally used any banned substances and was unaware of how traces of these substances entered his system.
Throughout this entire process, he has conducted himself with professionalism and resilience during one of the toughest phases of his career.
We understand how much this chance to return means to him. Our current focus is on supporting Mykhailo’s reintegration into the team and helping him resume his career,” Chelsea added.
