ESPN has compiled a ranking of the top 30 club football managers worldwide, applying a broad set of criteria to evaluate their performance.
The ranking considers various factors including coaching skill, style of play, team management, communication, career achievements, and the so-called “X factor”—the ability to surprise and introduce innovative ideas.
Leading the list are three Spanish coaches: Luis Enrique, Josep Guardiola, and Mikel Arteta. Among non-Spanish managers, only Hansi Flick managed to break into the top five.
