The 2026/27 Italian Super Cup will be decided in a single match between Inter and Lazio. The game is scheduled to take place at San Siro on December 22.

For the past four editions, the tournament was held in Saudi Arabia, but the country has now relinquished its hosting rights. During those years, three editions featured a “Final Four” format, where the Serie A champions faced the Coppa Italia winners in the semifinals, while the Coppa Italia runners-up played against the Serie A runners-up.

This season, the competition will revert to a one-off match format. This change was influenced by Inter winning both domestic trophies last season, meaning the Super Cup will be contested between the Milan side and the Coppa Italia finalists.
