Real Betis Pursues Triple Signing from Real Madrid to Strengthen Squad
Real Betis has identified Fran García as their top target to strengthen the left side of their defence for the upcoming season. The Andalusian club has already opened talks with Real Madrid, who are asking for around €10 million for the defender. While the transfer fee appears manageable, Betis faces a significant hurdle in García’s salary, which currently exceeds the club’s wage limits.
At the same time, Betis has shown interest in forward Gonzalo García, although this deal is proving more complicated. Real Madrid are demanding over €35 million for the attacker and want to retain a buy-back option. Additionally, Betis remains keen on bringing back Dani Ceballos, but financial constraints continue to be the main obstacle preventing the deal from moving forward.
