Italy’s national team returned to their Coverciano training base following a successful match against Turkey and resumed preparations for their upcoming UEFA Nations League fixture against France. The starting lineup players underwent recovery sessions in the pool, while Atalanta striker Giacomo Raspadori was completely excused from training.

Medical examinations confirmed that the forward will be unable to participate in the forthcoming matches. Raspadori has already left the national team camp and is heading back to his club to undergo a treatment program, according to the Italian Football Federation.
