Atlético Madrid forward Julián Álvarez continues his efforts to leave the club and secure a move to Barcelona. Earlier today, before training, he held a conversation with manager Diego Simeone.
The striker explained his situation to the Atlético Madrid coach. In response, Simeone emphasized that the final decision rests with the club and offered Julián his full sporting support.
The manager also highlighted that he expects to rely on the player throughout the entire season.
Meanwhile, representatives of Álvarez sought meetings with the club’s leadership today but, according to Spanish media reports, were unsuccessful.
