Juventus from Turin has reached an agreement to acquire goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario from Tottenham. The Italian club has finalized the deal with the London side and is preparing to officially present their new goalkeeper.
According to insider Fabrizio Romano, Tottenham has agreed to let go of their goalkeeper. Juventus will take Vicario on loan with an option to buy, which is not mandatory.
Vicario is expected to arrive in Turin today to undergo a medical examination and complete the transfer.
Last season, Vicario featured in 43 matches for Tottenham across all competitions, conceding 65 goals. He managed to keep 13 clean sheets during that period.
