Winger Yan Diomande is edging closer to becoming a Real Madrid player. According to insider Fabrizio Romano, RB Leipzig has granted Diomande official permission to travel to Madrid.

The 19-year-old is expected to undergo a medical examination at Real Madrid in the near future, after which the transfer is set to be finalized. Reports indicate that Real will pay a guaranteed fee of €125 million, with potential bonuses raising the total to €140 million, making it the most significant deal of the current transfer window.

Diomande has already agreed to a five-year contract with the Spanish club. He will be the sixth new signing for Mourinho’s squad, joining alongside Cucurella, Dumfries, Espi, Konate, and Bernardo Silva.
