Shakhtar Donetsk will begin this European season directly in the Champions League group stage. Currently, the club is deciding on a stadium to host their home matches.
According to journalist Igor Burbas, Shakhtar is considering several options, including Brentford’s Premier League stadium in London.
“As far as I know, the ‘miners’ are looking at multiple locations, particularly in Poland, Germany, and the United Kingdom. However, my information suggests that London is the frontrunner. Shakhtar is in talks with Brentford about renting their 17,000-seat stadium,” the journalist revealed on his personal YouTube channel.
