Turkish club Trabzonspor is making every effort to take control of the transfer situation involving Mohamed Salah. According to journalist Santi Auna, negotiations have made significant progress in recent days.
Sources indicate that the Turkish side is now close to reaching a full agreement with the Egyptian forward, dramatically altering the landscape of one of the most attractive potential transfers on the market.
As for another Turkish club, Beşiktaş, their talks with Salah’s agents had advanced to a verbal agreement on a 1+1 year contract worth €10 million net per season, plus an additional €2 million in bonuses. However, this process is currently on hold as Trabzonspor’s interest gains real momentum.
Trabzonspor has decisively moved forward at a critical stage in Salah’s transfer. Following advanced discussions with the player’s agent, they are believed to be close to finalizing terms. This development places them ahead, at least for now, in the race to sign the Egyptian international.
The suspension of negotiations by Beşiktaş is a notable detail. It suggests the club is unwilling to continue investing energy into the deal while their rival edges closer to completion.
