Boston Celtics Sign Veteran Point Guard Mike Conley to One-Year Deal
Mike Conley is set to continue his career with the Boston Celtics, having agreed to a one-year contract, according to insider Shams Charania.
Last season, the 38-year-old veteran played for the Minnesota Timberwolves, appearing in 54 regular-season games. He averaged 4.5 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 2.9 assists over 18.4 minutes per game.
Conley is one of the most experienced point guards in the NBA, with a 19-season career that also includes stints with the Memphis Grizzlies and Utah Jazz.
He was selected for the All-Star Game in 2021 and earned a spot on the NBA All-Defensive Second Team following the 2012-13 season.
