Kevin Durant has not ruled out the possibility of competing in the 2028 Olympics as part of the United States national team.
The Houston forward explained that his inclusion will depend on whether he remains among the country’s top players when the team roster is finalized.
“It depends on Grant Hill and what the USA Basketball team wants to do. I’m continuing to work on improving my game and hope to earn that opportunity, but there are so many great basketball players who deserve spots on the team,” Durant said.
The 2028 Olympics will be held in Los Angeles. Durant is already a four-time Olympic gold medalist with Team USA, having won gold at the 2012, 2016, 2020, and 2024 Games.
