A new EuroLeague franchise team has been announced. It will pay €50 million and host the "Final Four" at home.

Valencia is set to become the newest franchise team in the EuroLeague, according to Las Provincias.
The Spanish club will pay between €40-50 million for franchise status and has committed to hosting the EuroLeague Final Four at their home arena in 2028.
The EuroLeague conducted an inspection of Valencia and was impressed by the club’s infrastructure development under owner Juan Roig. He has overseen upgrades to the training facilities and the arena named after him, which has a capacity of 15,600 spectators.
