The 2027 Spanish Super Cup is scheduled to take place during the first week of February in Istanbul. Previously, this four-team mini-tournament had been held in Saudi Arabia. However, due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, the venue had to be changed.

The trophy for the 2025/26 season will be contested by Barcelona, Real Madrid, Real Sociedad, and Atlético Madrid.

Barcelona won the previous Spanish Super Cup, defeating Real Madrid 3-2 in the final.
