The UEFA Referees Committee has appointed an Estonian officiating team for the first leg of the 1st qualifying round of the Europa League between Kyiv’s Dynamo and Romania’s Universitatea Cluj.
The match will be overseen by chief referee Joonas Jaanovits, who has been officiating in Estonia’s top division since 2016.
His assistants will be Aron Härsing and Silver Koev.
The fourth official for the game is Kristo Küllastinen.
The VAR referee will be Alessandro Di Paolo from Italy, assisted by Kristo Tohver.
The referee observer assigned to the match is Steve Tanner from England.
UEFA delegate Stein Houtsebaut from Belgium will also be present.
The Dynamo versus Universitatea fixture is scheduled for Thursday, 9 July, at the Arena Lublin stadium in Lublin, Poland.
