Inter and Lazio will face off in the Italian Super Cup on December 22. The trophy showdown is set to take place at the iconic San Siro stadium. This marks a return to tradition, as Italy will abandon the “Final Four” format that had been used in recent years.

Saudi Arabia declined to host the match this season, prompting Serie A to revert to the original approach by staging the game on home soil.

If the score remains level after 90 minutes, the contest will proceed to extra time and, if necessary, a penalty shootout.

Due to sponsorship agreements, the event will officially be titled the EA Sports FC Supercup 2026/27.
