The process of appointing Jürgen Klopp as the head coach of the German national team is gaining new details. It has emerged that the preliminary agreement reached between the parties is intended as a long-term commitment, with plans to sign a contract running through to 2030.
The initial round of talks between the German Football Association’s leadership and Klopp concluded successfully in New York. However, the negotiations are not yet finalized. The next stage of discussions is scheduled for next week, also in the United States, where both sides aim to complete the agreement. German officials remain optimistic and are prepared to swiftly resolve the legal matters with Red Bull, Klopp’s current employer.
