New signing Luca Digne has shared his thoughts on returning to Paris Saint-Germain after a decade away. The 33-year-old left-back expressed his gratitude towards the club’s leadership and head coach, while also reflecting on the team’s development and his goals for this new chapter in his career.
“I want to thank President Nasser Al-Khelaifi, Luis Campos, and coach Luis Enrique. Their trust means a lot to me, and I’m very happy to be back. I’m impressed by how much the club has changed and elevated its level. The foundation is now set for competing at the very highest stage. I come back as a more mature and different player. I have gained more experience and maturity, and I want to bring that to the team and win many trophies. This club is built to win; it’s part of its DNA. The team is incredibly ambitious, which is why everyone wants to play in Paris,” the player told the club’s media.
