PAOK Appoints Alessio Lisci as Razvan Lucescu’s Successor
Italian coach Alessio Lisci has officially left Osasuna to take over as head coach of Greek club PAOK. The 40-year-old manager will replace Razvan Lucescu at his new club.
Lucescu had been in charge of PAOK since July 2021, overseeing 256 matches during his tenure. His record stands at 143 wins, 56 draws, and 57 defeats.
Last season, PAOK finished third in the Greek Super League, securing a spot in the Europa League. They could potentially face Dynamo Kyiv in the second qualifying round, should the Ukrainian side advance that far.
Alessio Lisci began his coaching career as a fitness coach in Lazio’s youth academy before moving to Spain in 2011 to join Levante. There, the Italian progressed from youth team coach to assistant manager, eventually becoming the head coach in 2021.
Lisci remained in Spain after leaving Levante, taking charge of Mirandés. In the 2025-26 season, he was appointed manager of Osasuna, where he recorded 11 wins, nine draws, and 18 losses.
