Former Dynamo defender Vitaliy Mykolenko addressed the possibility of returning to his Kyiv club during an interview on Denis Boyko’s YouTube channel.
“When you think about it, do you hold the idea or possibility of someday coming back to Dynamo Kyiv?” he was asked.
“I’m not sure,” Mykolenko replied. “Over the past year, I’ve thought about it many times, though I don’t know why. Before, when I was leaving, I was certain I would return and finish my career at Dynamo. But now, for example, I’ve already played more games for Everton than I did for Dynamo. Of course, Dynamo is my home club, and I would always want to play for them again. But we’ll see. I still have three years left on my contract. We all change and get used to different things. The fact that I’m living more as a footballer there and working harder than I did at Dynamo can’t be ignored. I’m going to be there for a while longer.”
