Roma head coach Gian Piero Gasperini addressed his team’s recent struggles against Inter Milan ahead of their upcoming clash. He suggested that tactical issues might explain the string of defeats but emphasized that the problem has persisted despite changes in Inter’s management.
“There was a time when we managed to get positive results against Inter, but lately we’ve been consistently losing. Perhaps it’s down to certain tactical factors. However, they’ve already gone through three coaches. First it was Antonio Conte, then Simone Inzaghi, and now Igor Tudor, yet nothing has changed,” the Roma manager explained.
Gasperini also pointed out that this trend did not begin during his tenure. “I believe these statistics have existed for Inter under various coaches, not just during my time,” he added.
