Manchester City Submits Bid for Tonali as Newcastle Demands £100 Million
Manchester City is making a move to sign Sandro Tonali from Newcastle. Enzo Maresca is determined to secure the midfielder’s signature.
Previously, Tottenham had offered £80 million for Sandro but were turned down. Newcastle remains firm on a £100 million valuation for the player.
Interestingly, Tonali had already agreed on a wage structure with Tottenham, reportedly set at £275,000 per week, along with a lucrative six-year contract.
However, Manchester City is now prepared to compete for the Italian, who is expected to fill the role left by Bernardo Silva in the squad.
