Uzbekistan national team head coach Fabio Cannavaro has shared his thoughts ahead of the upcoming clash against Portugal, emphasizing that he does not intend to devise a special strategy solely focused on Cristiano Ronaldo.
“You can’t just think about how to play against Ronaldo. He is one of the greatest footballers in history, but they have other excellent players as well. Cristiano can score at any moment during the match, so we need to stay fully focused,” the Italian told reporters.
The Portugal versus Uzbekistan match is scheduled for today, June 23, with kickoff set for 17:00 UTC.
